    Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Our garments are made-to-order and subject to our Exchange Policy.
    We strive to display colors and images accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
    We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction and to limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.
    We do not warrant that the quality of products/services will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

    SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

    We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order. These restrictions may include orders under the same account, payment method, and/or billing/shipping address. If we make a change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.
    You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update details (e.g., email, phone, address) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

    If you send creative ideas, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction and without obligation to maintain confidentiality, compensate, or respond.
    We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content we determine unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party’s IP or these Terms.
    You agree your comments will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful/abusive material or malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us/third parties as to the origin of comments.

    Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

    Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order).

    Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date shall survive termination.
    These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by notifying us you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
    If we suspect you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; we may also deny you access to our Services.

    These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Any ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

    These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of the website or the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    SECTION 20 – ORDERS, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & EXCHANGE (RANI RAMI POLICY)

    Advance Payment & Confirmation

    • All orders require a 70% advance payment to begin processing.

    • If the advance is not paid within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

    • Share a payment screenshot via WhatsApp (official number displayed at checkout) to confirm your order.

    • Remaining 30% is due within 24 hours before dispatch.

    Made-to-Order, Customization & Sizing

    • Most outfits are made-to-measure/made-to-order. Select customizations (sleeve length, slip length, trouser style, back/sleeve designs) may be available at additional cost.

    • Sizing Tolerance: A variation of ± 2 inches is considered within acceptable tolerance for handcrafted garments.

    Shipping, Duties & Taxes

    • All shipping charges (local & international) are paid by the customer.

    • For international orders, duties/taxes/customs are the customer’s responsibility. Courier delays are beyond our control once dispatched.

    Exchange Only (No Returns/Refunds)

    • We do not accept returns or refunds.

    • Exchanges are only considered for defective or incorrect items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos and order details via WhatsApp.

    • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

    • If approved, we offer an exchange (shipping charges excluded). International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping via a courier recommended by our team. Processing starts after we receive the item (allow 7–10 working days).

    • Not eligible: change of mind; dislike after opening; order no longer required; requests after 24 hours; inadequate/damaged condition; disputes/chargebacks without return.

    • Important: No dispute or chargeback is valid unless the complaint is first registered via WhatsApp.

    Color & Handwork Variation

    • Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting/screen settings. Handcrafted details (embroidery, laces, embellishments) may vary slightly.
